Cytric Online Booking Tool (OBT)

1. Scope & Application

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Sunway Travel’s Online Booking Tool (“OBT”) by authorized corporate clients and their designated users only. Use of the OBT is subject to:

  • A valid Corporate / Master Travel Agreement with Sunway Travel
  • The client’s internal travel policy
  • These Terms & Conditions

Unauthorized or personal use is strictly prohibited.

2. Authorized Users

    2.1 Access to the OBT is limited to employees or representatives authorized by the corporate client.

    2.2 The corporate client is responsible for all actions, bookings, and charges made by its authorized users.

    2.3 Sunway Travel reserves the right to suspend or revoke access without notice in the event of misuse, policy breach, or non-payment.

3. Corporate Responsibility

The corporate client agrees that it is fully responsible for:

    • Accuracy of all booking information
    • Compliance with company travel policy
    • Payment of all charges incurred
    • Internal approvals and controls

Sunway Travel shall not be responsible for internal policy violations by the client’s users.

4. Bookings & Third-Party Suppliers

    4.1 Sunway Travel acts solely as an intermediary between the corporate client and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies, etc.).

    4.2 All Travel Products are subject to availability and the supplier’s terms and conditions.

    4.3 Once ticketed or confirmed, changes, cancellations, or refunds are governed by supplier (airline or hotel) rules and may incur penalties.

5. Fares, Fees & Charges

    5.1 All fares are subject to change until ticketed or confirmed.

    5.2 Charges may include:

    • Supplier (airline or hotel) penalties
    • Fare differences
    • Sunway Travel service fees
    • No-show charges

    5.3 All charges shall be billed in accordance with the agreed corporate credit terms.

6. Credit Facilities

    6.1 Use of credit facilities is subject to prior approval and a signed Master Agreement.

    6.2 Sunway Travel may suspend booking privileges if:

    • Credit limits are exceeded
    • Payment terms are not met

7. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

    7.1 All changes and cancellations are subject to supplier (airline or hotel) rules.

    7.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after supplier (airline or hotel) confirmation.

    7.3 Sunway Travel Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. System Availability

    8.1 Sunway Travel does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the OBT.

    8.2 No liability shall arise from:

    • System downtime
    • Internet or device failure
    • Cyber incidents
    • Maintenance or upgrades

9. Travel Documentation & Compliance

The corporate client and its travelers are solely responsible for:

    • Passports, visas, and travel documents
    • Vaccination and medical requirements
    • Travel insurance
    • Compliance with destination regulations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • Sunway Travel shall not be liable for supplier (airline or hotel) acts, omissions, delays, or service failures
    • Liability arising from use of the OBT shall be limited in accordance with the Master Agreement
    • Sunway Travel shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses

11. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed strictly for business travel purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Sunway Travel’s Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments

Sunway Travel may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the OBT constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
