- Emirates Market Fare Increase by 10%

22 February 2011, Due to an earthquake that struck Christchurch today, Christchurch Airport is closed until further notice and travellers are advised not to travel to the airport.
- Tropical Cyclone Carlos effecting touring in Darwin and the Top End
16 February 2011, Tropical Cyclone Carlos has been affecting Darwin and the Top End of northern Australia over the last 24 hours and is now intensifying. As a result of Tropical Cyclone Carlos’ actions and the unpredictability of the resulting weather over the Top End,
the following tour have been cancel for pre cautionary measure: Aussie Adventure, Darwin Day Tours and Tiwi Tours touring over the coming days. No tours operated today and there is now nothing scheduled for tomorrow or Friday.
- Etihad Airways Fare Increase on 1 February 2011
Effective 1st February 2011, Etihad Airways fares will be increase. This fare increase also will include special fares that being offered at this moment and all fares ex-other stations as well.
- Queensland floods update
Following recent rainfall access to parts of Queensland is currently affected by flooding. While parts of central, outback and south-western Queensland have been affected, the majority of the state’s tourism destinations including Brisbane, the Gold Coast,
Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast, Southern Downs, Toowoomba, Mackay, Whitsundays, Townsville and Tropical North Queensland are currently accessible and are fully open for business. Tourism Queensland is working with the state’s tourism industry, government and other stakeholders on strategies

- Singapore Airlines and Emirates Fares Increase in January 2011
In view of the escalating cost in flight's operation as a result of the soaring oil price, Emirates air fares will be revised with a 3% increase effective 5 January 2011. Singapore Airlines will be increasing their revised Corporate and Market fares effective 1 January 2011
